The glass and brick structure incorporates the Metropolitian Bible Church into the façade creating a new front door to Central. The massing of the building was designed as to not supersede the historical façade or interrupt the rhythm of the street's urban fabric. Retail spaces are incorporated at grade with the condominium rising above.
